Terms of Service

Padang Circle is a technology platform. We surface introductions between members and companies based on fit. We do not place candidates, represent candidates, negotiate engagement terms, or guarantee any outcome. We are not an employment agency.

• Members are independent, self-directed professionals.
• Members negotiate their own terms with companies.
• Members consent before any profile is shared with a company for a specific opportunity.
• Members are never charged a fee.

• Companies pay a monthly subscription for platform access. Subscription fees are for technology access — not contingent on placement outcome.
• Companies accept these Terms before receiving any member introductions.
• Padang Circle does not charge placement fees, success fees, or commissions on hire.

Where a company engages a member it was introduced to via the platform — in any capacity, whether contractor, employee, advisor, or otherwise — within twelve (12) months of the introduction, the company must maintain an active Padang Circle subscription for the duration of that engagement. This applies whether the engagement was facilitated through the platform or arranged directly between the parties. The window is calculated from the date the company first received the member's profile or contact details through the platform.

• We do not negotiate compensation, scope, or terms.
• We do not guarantee placements or replacements.
• We do not take a percentage of salary.
• We do not charge members.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Disputes between members and companies are between those parties directly. The platform may, at its discretion, mediate or remove parties from the platform for breaches of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
